Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Discord account and may optionally link your Battle.net account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Exploit vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Spam guild applications, war story reports, feedback, or any other feature
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform — including war stories, comments, announcements, feedback, and any images you upload (such as guild and legion banners). By posting or uploading content, you represent that you own it or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it, and you grant Doomrah Labs LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute that content within the Platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users, with or without notice.

5. Prohibited Content (Images & Media)

In addition to the general bans in section 3, you must not upload, post, or transmit images or other media that contain or depict:

• Sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive imagery of any kind — including AI-generated content of a sexual nature
• Sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes anyone under 18. Such content will be preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and the user's account will be terminated and reported to law enforcement.
• Gore, extreme violence, real-world death, animal cruelty, or content depicting or glorifying serious physical harm
• Hate symbols, slurs, or content that targets, threatens, or dehumanizes people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability
• Copyrighted material that you do not own and have no license or permission to use (game art, screenshots, logos, fan art, etc.) — see the takedown process in the next section
• Personal information about other people without their consent (doxing, address dumps, private photos)
• Files that contain malware, executable payloads disguised as images, or content intended to compromise other users or our infrastructure

We do not currently scan uploads automatically, but we reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse any image at any time. Repeated or egregious violations will result in account termination. We may preserve copies of removed content as needed to comply with legal obligations or to assist law enforcement.

6. Copyright & DMCA Takedown

Doomrah Labs LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. To be valid, the notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform (e.g. the guild or legion page where the banner is displayed)
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Send takedown notices via the Feedback page (mark the subject "DMCA Takedown"). We will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the user who uploaded it. The uploader may submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification; counter-notices must include the same identifying information plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringer policy. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be terminated.

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Guild Management

Guild owners are responsible for managing their guild, including member conduct, role assignments, and recruitment settings. The Platform provides tools for guild management but does not mediate disputes between guild members. Guild owners may remove members, and members may leave guilds at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with Discord (authentication), Blizzard/Battle.net (character data), and Discord webhooks (notifications). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services. Blizzard, World of Warcraft, and Battle.net are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. This Platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.

9. Availability & Data

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to reset, migrate, or modify stored data at any time — including outside of alpha and beta phases — for reasons such as schema changes, disaster recovery, security, or legal compliance. We will provide reasonable notice before any intentional data wipes whenever practical.

10. Premium Features

Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. Free tier functionality will always be available. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via the Feedback page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doomrah Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform (announcements or email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
